Job Details
Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Co-ordinator to join thier family run business on a permanent, full time basis. My client requires an experienced professional who can bring the payroll in house from an outsourced provider and manage the end to end payroll for the group. The role will consist of 60% payroll duties and 40% general accounting duties.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· End to end monthly payroll processing on Sage Payroll
· Processing payroll for 100 plu employees across 3 sites
· Manual calculations and deductions
· Starters/leavers
· Pensions administration
· Life assurance administration
· Reporting to HMRC
· Ad hoc payroll duties
- General Accounting duties
You must have excellent payroll knowledge and able to work in a stand alone, end to end payroll position. You must have strong attention to detail and be proficient in working with Sage Payroll.
My client is a rapidly growing business with an open and friendly culture. This role will be a full time office based role. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
