Social Worker, Child Protection / Child in Need Team

I have an urgent requirement for an Experienced Childrens Social Worker to be based in Hillingdon, West London. The role will be in the Child Protection / Child in Need Team.

This is for a 3 month+ contract working full time hours. It is to start as soon as possible.

Your duties will include:
*completing child protection processes in a timely manner i.e. initial and review case conference reports, presenting at case conference, attending and completing strategy meetings, core group meetings, discharge planning meeting
*completing Child in need plans and review meetings
*initiating care proceedings, writing court statements, s.7, s.37 statements for EPO and ICO's
*initiating the LAC process- arranging and attending the 1st LAC review, completing LAC visits, placement agreement meeting, liaising with fostering team or agency etc
*participating on duty
*attending s.47's
*Liaising with partnership agencies

Essential Requirements:
*Current DBS
*Qualification in Social Work with SW England registration
*Previous experience as a CP/CIN Social Worker
