Sales Administrator

We are a forward thinking business based in Rainham, Kent.  We have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator responsible for preparing quotes, arranging samples and supporting External Account Managers.

You will need to be extremely organised, a self starter, able to prioritise your own workload. You will be motivated and sharp enough to work independently to ensure you meet objectives.

You will have assistance from the team and will work in a thriving environment.  We are a medium sized, family owned company, that has been trading for 45 years.  You will need to enjoy a bit of fun to fit into the culture too.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing quotes, arranging samples and supporting External Account Managers. Experience of the packaging industry is preferred and the ability to utilise current relationships and networks, as is the passion and aptitude for Sales, you will be able to organise your workload and be a motivated self starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bespoke quotes as specified by the EAMs within the SLAs
  • Sourcing pricing for bespoke options as required
  • Ensuring quotes are sent to the EAMs within set SLAs
  • Organizing any required samples and ensuring these are available to customers within the agreed SLAs
  • Supporting the External Account Manager (EAM) with sales support & admin tasks when the Customer Service team is not available
  • Processing and tracking orders through the Orderwise and other internal systems, and communicating smoothly with all other departments of the company when the Customer Service team are not available
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is the priority of all daily activities including responding to queries and issues within set SLAs
  • Ensuring the Orderwise & HubSpot is kept up to date with all information entered.
  • Managing all customer communications with regards to quotes, orders, and queries in a responsive and professional way

Skills and Experience:
