CSSCloud provides a fully comprehensive range of IT security and support services across East Anglia to a diverse range of businesses and organisations. We have recently expanded our operation and now operate from Norwich and Great Yarmouth
We seek a Third Line Engineer to join our highly skilled and committed team. The role is varied and interesting and will report to a Director.
Roles and responsibilities
- Operational management, support and maintenance of business infrastructure
- Physical build, installation and configuration of hardware
- Involvement in resolution of urgent incidents
- Third line support for a variety of systems
- Planning and implementation of customer IT projects
- Research and development opportunities
- Sharing expertise and knowledge to develop others in the business
Key skills and requirements
- Windows server /Hyper-V / Windows 10
- Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switching and Firewalls
- Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Driving Licence
- Minimum three years IT experience
The role will suit an experienced Engineer who possesses good interpersonal skills, is adaptable and who desires to move into a role where they can make a difference to the lives of our customers and to the development of the business. There will be opportunity over time to shape aspects of the role
