Temporary AP Clerk | Blackburn | £20,000
The is a temporary role to cover a busy period for a growing organisation.
You will be focused on providing further support to an established finance team.
The role will include the following duties:
* Ensure invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately within the month end timetable.
* Assist with supplier invoice and payment processing as well as statement reconciliations.
* Oversee supplier queries to ensure they are monitored, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
* Assist with daily banking and statement reconciliations.
* Assist with cash flow management.
* Improve controls and processes to add value and drive efficiency
The Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
* Motivated, keen to take ownership of the role
* Strong eye for detail
* Great communication skills
* Proactive
* Good experience on MS Excel
