Account Manager - Driver Recruitment

We are looking for responsible person to Account Manage our key client based in Hinckley.

You will be responsible for:

Recruiting Drivers
Issuing shifts and managing day to day bookings
Dealing with day to day queries from client and workers
Running payroll
Planning peak periods (Bank Holidays, Christmas etc..)
Attending meetings with client both physically and virtually
Answering calls out of hours (on branch rotation)
Arranging inductions and managing infringementsOther duties, responsibilities and information

Working on site, from home and in branch where necessary (Own transport required).
Laptop and mobile provided
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus on call (on rotation)
Full training provided
Recruitment an/or hands on account management experience preferred.This is a very responsible position that requires a high level of dedication, flexibility and professionalism. There will be a degree of out of hours and weekend work where necessary and branch support will be provided.
