Benefits & Housing Needs Officer

I am currently representing Hakcney Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of up to £25.00 per hour which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Benefits & Housing Needs Officer this role will be based at: Remote Working

The right candidate will:

You will be working as a Benefits & Housing Needs Officer within Hackney Council; your role will include:

* Working within the Housing benefits processing team

* Processing all types of housing benefits and council tax reduction claims on Academy benefits system

* Using Civica document imaging system

The Right candidate will have the following:

* Experience of working as a Benefits & Housing Needs Officer

* Experience of working within a local authority

* Experience using Academy

* Experience using Civica
