Accounts/ Finance Assistant
Preston
upto £23k
Working for a lovely, very profitable, family orientated practice in Preston we are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts/ Finance Assistant/ Legal Cashier on a Full-time Permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years plus working for a solicitor firm in the capacity of a legal cashier, or similar and be able to demonstrate the skills and confidence with double-entry bookkeeping.
Daily tasks include bank reconciliations, TT payments, account entries, filing of invoices/bills/statements, dealing with petty cash requests, and credit control functions including some debt collections.
Are you highly organised? proactive and able to manage your time efficiently to ensure everything gets done efficiently? Are you able to ensure the correct procedures have been followed?
