Project Coordinator (ICT)

I am supporting a market leading IT company based in Milton Keynes with their search for a Project Coordinator to join their growing service desk team.

The business are expanding at a rapid rate and busier than ever. They are on the lookout for ambitious, client focused people to join them on their continued success story.

The Role

Managing projects from start to finish always having the customers best interest in mind
Coordinating the internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, in budget and to the highest standards
Scheduling engineers and obtaining project updates
Quotations on jobs along with processing sales orders
Reporting on jobs and updating senior management with the progress
Updating internal database with project updates
Answering general calls assisting customers with their enquiriesAbout You

Experience in PMO/ project coordinating ideally within the IT industry
ITIL Level 3 or 4 qualified is desirable
Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service, always willing to go above and beyond
Organised with the ability to multi-task
