NPI Engineer (Electronics)
Sheffield
£35,000 to £40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Private Pension + Company Shares Scheme + Virtual Social Events + Wellbeing Committee.

NPI Engineer sought for a long-established Global Electronics manufacturing company based in Sheffield. Due to further growth, they are looking for a NPI Engineer to have a large influence over a varied product range and be involved in multiple projects from concept to launch.
To apply for the NPI Engineer role, you will ideally need to have experience working within an electronic manufacturing environment, however those with experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing are also encouraged to apply. You will need to hold an Electronic Engineering qualification, have strong electrical design skills and be proficient using AutoCAD as well as process improvement experience. This role will suit someone who also has a strong knowledge of managing projects from cradle to grave as you will play an influential part in the design and production of a full product range.
As the NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for creating new designs in line with customer specifications as well as some remodification work. You will work closely with a variety of departments to design, build and maintain custom electronic assemblies required for production operations. You will work across all product lines including pressure, temperature and flow products. The volume of products manufactured can range from low to high depending on the projects at hand. This role with be hands on and split between the office and the shop floor as you will need to be involved in every step of the production process.
The company are a successful global manufacturing brand and are continuing to grow and develop new products at an exciting pace with offices across the world and various sub-divisions supplying an ever-expanding broad range of industries.
