Graduate NPI Engineer sought for a long-established Global Electronics manufacturing company based in Sheffield. Due to further growth they are looking for an NPI Engineer to have a large influence over a varied product range and be involved in multiple projects from concept to launch.

To apply for the Graduate NPI Engineer role, you will ideally have a degree in an Electronic Engineering discipline as well as gaining some recent experience working within an electronic manufacturing environment, however those with experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing are also encouraged to apply. This role will suit someone looking to improve their project management experience, and for the right candidate, training will be provided. It would be beneficial to have at least a good comprehension of CAD packages, electrical design, process improvements and machine capabilities.

As the Graduate NPI Engineer, your role will focus on creating new designs in line with customer specifications as well as some remodification work. You will work closely with a variety of departments to design, build and maintain custom electronic assemblies required for production operations. You will work across all product lines including pressure, temperature and flow products. The volume of products manufactured can range from low to high depending on the projects at hand. This role with be hands on and split between the office and the shop floor as you will need to be involved in every step of the production process.

The Graduate NPI Engineer Required:

* Ideally have a degree in Electronic Engineering.

* Experience working in electronic, automotive or industrial manufacturing will be beneficial.

* Looking to develop a skill set in design, process improvements and project management
