Due to a period of continuous growth we are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join this winning team.
You will support the Sales Manager to develop company objectives.
Role Objective – assist the sales manager to:
• Direct department support for the Sales Manager to ensure that the sales and profit margin targets are consistently achieved.
• To ensure the company remains successful, profitable & the customer service experience is top priority.
• To ‘act up' in the Sales Managers' absence to ensure the department is fully managed and functional.
• To co-ordinate the department to ensure that the customer experience runs smoothly from initial enquiry, quotation and sales order including:
Duties to include:
Updating and maintain sales performance data & forecasts
Overseeing appointment allocation for maximum sales benefit
Developing the sales order processes & compliance
Supporting sales growth through finance
Liaising with suppliers to improve sales, margin & marketing
Co-ordinating sales growth initiatives
Producing, co-ordinating and delivering department induction & training across three branches
Role Requirements
• Proven work experience as a team leader or similar role in double glazing or construction, however other industries will be considered.
• A determined and enthusiastic individual, who is ready to join a growing business with a big vision.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• A dedicated and persistent team player.
• Familiarity with business processes and financial principles, performance indicators, review and reporting.
