Quality Inspector

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Inspector to work in their leading facility in Telford

Prior to starting with this business, you MUST undertake a drugs and alcohol test

This will be working rotating days and nights, the shift pattern is 12 hour shifts so you MUST be prepared to work these hours

For the successful Quality Inspector our client is offering;

Temporary-Permanent position
Pay rate of £11.34 per hour (dependant on shifts)
Onsite training and working through a continual training development plan.
Auto-enrolment Pension 
The Role of the Quality Inspector;

Responsible for in-process, first off and final inspection
Able to read drawings
Daily use of various hand tools and gauges, including Micrometers, Calipers, Plug & Height Gauges
Carry out in-process and final inspection audits
Identify product defects and complete appropriate paperwork
Rectifying any defects that are detected
Assist the Engineering team with product review and corrective action on product, non-conformances and disposition
Verify QC adequacy of incoming materials
Receive and log inspections verifying outside processing (eg - certificates)

Previous experience within a similar role - Essential
Experience within the manufacturing industry - Essential
