Laboratory Technician

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Laboratory Technician to join their quality department based in Wrexham.

For the successful Laboratory Technician our client is offering:
i. £20,500 per annum
ii. 8.00 -5.30 , Monday - Friday
iii. 39.5-hour week
iv. Overtime rates paid
v. Permanent position with potential to expand

The role - Laboratory Technician:
i. Sample preparation including, cutting, polishing, and mounting
ii. Mechanical testing
iii. Suitability, hardness testing
iv. Maintaining compliance to quality standards
v. Working to international standards and procedures

What our client is looking for in a Laboratory Technician:

i. Previous experience of sample testing
ii. Scientific or Engineering related NVQ / BTEC / HNC or similar
iii. Knowledge of ISO 9001
iv. Attention to detail
