Page Personnel are working with a client based near Knutsford on a brand new role. They are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join and support a busy team with high volume talent management across a full spectrum of specialist roles within the business.

Our client are a well-recognised and reputable business who are seeking a new Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a busy team. This is a brand new role within the business that is purely due to growth. Offices are based near Knutsford.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor are managing both internal and external recruitment processes, assisting with the design and roll out of talent acquisition initiatives, representing the company and brand, working on a high volume of specialist roles across all areas of the business, posting vacancies and marketing jobs, ensuring recruitment processes are fair, inclusive and compliant, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining market knowledge. The role is based near Knutsford and will offer agile working.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
inhouse recruitment experience
proven track record of successful hires,
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
strong attention to detail and time management skills
ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
computer literacy with MS Office and in-house systemsJob Offer
