Deputy Manager

I am looking for an experienced Deputy Manager? I am recruiting for one of my best Nursing Home clients based in Worcester

As the Deputy Manager, it is essential that you are a qualified nurse and hold a valid UK NMC pin number and have previous management experience within a similar environment.

You will provide supervision and leadership to the Care team, to ensure the highest standards of care delivery, support with the day to day running of the service, complete clinical assessments whist ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
