Payroll Supervisor
Accountancy Practice Payrollers or Payroll Bureau professionals with strong technical payroll knowledge & people management experience, we have a role supervising a small team of Payrollers in the Keighley area.
You will hopefully enjoy and have experience of reviewing payroll processes and procedures and have implement your ideas.
Salary: £32K to £35k
Home working, 1 to 2 days office based
Position: Permanent - 35hrs per week - 9am to 5pm
Personal Specification:
* Experience in Payroll from Practice or Payroll Bureau
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Process & procedural change experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that all employees are paid on a weekly/monthly basis.
* PAYE
* Full end to end Payroll
* Import Expenses into the Payroll System.
* Overtime accrual and import into Payroll System.
* Sickness & Maternity cover
* Assisting in the processing of new starter, leavers and amendments.
* Assist with the month end reconciliation and undertaken month end duties. Such as running reports and balancing payroll.
* Payroll calculations including being able to do manual calculations.
* Run month end reports
* Experience of Payroll transformation/integration of payroll system
