Site Carpenter

Experienced Site Carpenter required to join a well-established and busy construction company in the Shrewsbury area to assist with a Barn Conversion. Our client is looking for experienced Site Carpenters that have extensive experience working on site focusing on 1st fix and 2nd fix work. Must be able to measure cut and install joist, structural beams and internal timber. 5 days a week with overtime if required. 10 month on-going for successful applicants.

The Role;

* Working as a site carpenter on a Barn Conversion

* 1st fix carpentry work, internal timbre, structural beams, Joist

* 2nd Fix carpentry work, hanging doors, dry lining, skirting etc

* Cut, measure and install joists and internal walls

* Following drawings and instructions from site supervisors

Requirements;

* Experienced site carpenter

* Carpentry and joinery experience essential

* Must be able to measure cut and fit materials

* Supply your own basic site tools needed for 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work

* C&G or NVQ qualifications advantageous
