Call Centre Customer Service Representative - Birkenhead

We're helping the biggest call centre in Birkenhead to recruit permanent Customer Service Representatives to support a leading name in financial services.

What's involved?
This is a high volume call centre environment where you'll be dealing with inbound calls from premium bond customers. Handling their queries, providing solutions to their problems and responsible for keeping the system up to date with customer information.
What you'll need
To work as a customer services advisor here you'll be flexible to work 40hours per week across five days, Monday-Sunday between 0700 and 2200.
No previous financial services experience is necessary, but we're looking for people who have a call centre background and thrive in a customer service environment and who have basic IT skills. Full training is provided to bring you up to speed.
DBS, credit and fraud checks will be carried out upon success at interview, so you must be sure you will pass them.
