We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our diagnostic/screening team in a busy office, with a salary of c£17,500 per annum.  

At Future Health Biobank we are passionate about protecting the future health of children, which is why we concentrate our company in two main areas; stem cell banking and diagnostics.  

We are the largest stem cell bank in the UK, having stored more samples than all other UK banks combined and have been established for nearly 20 years. We fully believe in the value of these services, as well as their present and future possibilities. We offer core services for stem cell banking; umbilical cord and dental pulp.

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Administrator reporting to the Product Manager, to join our team based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park.  

Main duties will include general day-to-day administration along with issuing test results to clients and responding to any queries.  You will also be required to liaise with external laboratories regarding results.

  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Confident phone manner;
  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment is essential;
  • Time keeping and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced role;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount to this position.
  • As this is such a varied role, the ability to plan ahead and prioritise an ever-changing workload is essential to success.
  • You will need to be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office.

Terms & Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week (or 30 hours for part time); 
  • Salary of c£17,500 per annum;
  • 23 days holiday pro rata (excluding bank holidays)
  • Contributory Company Pension Scheme;
