Deputy Manager Role based in a beautiful, modern, purpose built care home in Belfast,
The home is located in a pleasant scenic location, bright and spacious care which is a fully residential setting.
The home is purpose-built offering a combination of professional care and lifestyle support is encouraged to keep all residents active and happy respecting the decisions and goals they wish to set.
Salary for the role is Negotiable at interview but well in line with the Annual Salary within the area but rest assure you will be well looked after in terms of this.
The role is a split of 38.5 hours 33 on the floor and 5.5 supernumerary across Monday to Friday.
Experience / Qualification: NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification At least 2 years’ experience as care team manager/team leader or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
