Hygiene Operative - Twilight Shift

Staffline is recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to work twilight shifts in Spalding.

The rate of pay is £9.00 per hour

Overtime is available after working 40 hours in a week and paid at £11.25 per hour. This will increase to £13.50 after 12 weeks service.

You will also be eligible for a shift bonus of £35.00 per week. You will work a fixed twilight shift, which is typically 4 x 10-hour shifts per week between Monday to Friday. The shift will start at 4.30pm and finish at 3am.

Any extra shifts during the week will attract overtime rates as above and Saturdays after 12 weeks service will be paid at double time, providing great earnings potential.

This is a full-time role and there will be temp to perm opportunities.

Your Time at Work

As a Hygiene Operative at this site you will:

- Conduct deep cleaning of whole areas
- Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed, and deadlines are met
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety, Food Safety and Chemical Safety procedures

This is a physically active role which involves manual handling, use of chemicals, stripping down machinery and operating hygiene equipment.

Our ideal Hygiene Operative has good communication skills and is flexible in their approach to work.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as this role is demanding and involves manual handling tasks.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
