Butcher / De-Boning Operative

The Butcher / De-Boning Operative role is working 07.00-15.00 Monday-Friday and is a great opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and hardworking team. Any successful candidate will be flexible to work outside of these hours should the business require it. The Butcher / De-Boning Operative position pays £10.50 Per hour
Successful Butcher / De-Boning Operative applicants will be:

Essential Required Skills

Experience using a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming
Experience De-boning beef using knife or machinery to prepare for trimming
Training in knife safety to ensure risks of injury
