The Automotive maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in Avonmouth, working for a well-respected organisation.
THE ROLE:
You will be a technician who has previously Qualified as a HGV/PSV Mechanic or Mechanical Engineer with an SVQ, NVQ or a City and Guilds. You will also have at least 2 years experience working in a fleet or dealership background.
THE DUTIES:
Carr out services, inspections and M.O.T's to VOSA specifications
Attend breakdowns
Maintenance of a fleet of HGV Tractor units and double deck trailers
Adhere to company health and safety rules
Endeavour to reduce vehicle downtime to a minimum
HOURS AND SALARY:
You will work a fixed shift pattern of Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 required. The salary is £30,000- £32,000 depending on experience. With the chance of overtime which would be paid at time and a half.
