Children's Registered Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a Childen's Registered Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Children’s Residential care specialists to manage a Children's Residential home, based in Widnes.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children’s service. 

Salary: Basic Salary up to £40,000 + up to £8000 in bonuses
Location: Widnes
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities 

Hold OFSTED registration and a residential care home that supports children with EBD
Manage staff team
Manage day to day running of children's residential homes
Work with staff team including Deputy Manager, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.
Manage care plans, ensuring that paperwork is completed and accurate
Quality Assurance
Budget management of service
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards

Key Skills Required: 

NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
Experience in a management position
OFSTED registration experience
Driving Licence.
