We are a prestige paper innovator based in the English Lake District supplying distinct, custom-made paper products to many of the world's leading luxury brands, art galleries, publishers and designers. Our vision is to be the best bespoke paper mill in the world, recognised for our unrivalled expertise in colour and leading innovation in sustainable fibre.
We need someone who can be responsible for translating business strategy into procurement improvement plans, and can lead and develop a team's skills and talents in line with the future demands of the business
Procurement Team Leader Candidate:
Ideally MCIPS qualified
Engineering procurement experience
Inventory management experience
Knowledge of stores, equipment and compliance legislation would be an advantage
Looking for someone who has worked in a leadership role previously
Qualification in Leadership & Management (ILM or CMI) would be considered beneficial.
Paper experience ideally however FMCG and/or Packaging manufacturing environments is beneficial
Computer literate
Demonstrate experience of working to high quality standards
Good attention to detail
Flexible team leader with an ability to lead by example
Procurement Team Leader Position:
Must have the ability to lead and manage a small commercial buying team
Must have the ability to manage budget expectations, build long standing supplier relationships and deliver increased value
