Reliability Engineer (Continuous Improvement)
Telford
£40,000 DOE + Overtime Opportunities at 1.5xbase + 25+8 Days Holiday + Pension
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Reliability Engineer or Continuous Improvement Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer who can provide continuous uncapped training and career progression to the successful candidate.
The role would suit reliability engineers / continuous improvement engineers from any manufacturing background, any exposure to the food industry will be highly advantageous but all reliability engineers will be considered. You will ideally have experience of working on both mechanical and electrical systems and have strong PLC experience.
The role is varied and will involve a mixture of asset care/machine reliability work and hands on maintenance. You will be the "go-to" technical expert on site. Day to day, you will be responsible for running machinery reports, analysing data, and providing solutions based on the results. The aim of your role will be to optimise machinery and make cost saving improvements where possible. You will be working on a wide range of both new and old machinery. Within a hands-on capacity, you will assist the maintenance technicians with both reactive and pre-planned maintenance and providing technical support when needed. The role will also entail the planning of workloads and the organisation of required parts needed for faulty machinery.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will join a stable employer within a technical role where you have the scope to influence positive change and drive the site forward.
The Role:
*Machine Reliability/Asset Care Management
