Senior Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Team Leader (NIGHTS)

£42,000 to £43,000 + Overtime Opportunities Paid at Premium Rate + Pension + 25+8 Days Holiday + Training and Development Opportunities + Progression Opportunities
4 on 4 off 12 Hour Night shift. 6pm to 6am.
Night shift Maintenance Team Leader or Senior Electrical Engineer sought within a Telford based FMCG company on a NIGHTS shift. The company offer uncapped training and potential for progression to the night shift manager role if desired to the successful candidate.
The role will suit experienced multi skilled maintenance engineers with management experience from any manufacturing background, experience within food will be highly advantageous. You must be a multiskilled electrically biased engineer and hold a relevant electrical qualification.
The role of night shift maintenance team leader will be the mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance of all production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will also supervise of a small team of engineers who you will mentor, allocate work to and assist with training when needed. This is a heavily reactive role and production is running 24/7 so you will need to be forward thinking and proactive. You will be required to work with PLC's so having experience in this field will be highly advantageous however training can be provided internally and externally.

The Maintenance Team Leader Role:
*Mechanical and electrical maintenance of all packing and production equipment
*PPM/Reactive maintenance
*Supervise a small team of engineers / assist with training / allocate work
The Engineer Required:
*Mechanical + electrical qualification
*electrically biased
*PLC experienced (Highly advantageous)
*Management experience
