Job Details
I have an immediate start available for a temporary administrator to join my client based in Eurocentral on a short term 2-3 week contract initially, however it could last longer.
You will support my client with all aspects of administration to support them with an increase in workload.
This is a role that will require you to work 4 x 12 hour shifts covering 2 day shift and 2 night shift per week, some weekend work may be required, hours will be 6pm - 6am for days and 6pm to 6am for nights.
Pay rate for day shift is £10.00ph and for nights will be £12.00ph.
Due to working hours and location you will ideally be able to drive to site.
On a typical day you will support the busy administration team with tasks such as:
Scanning
Filing
Photocopying
Using internal systems
Responding to emails
Upload documentation to internal CRM system
To be considered for this role you must have administration and customer service work experience and be able to start work immediately. Attention to detail and the ability to work at pace is critical for this role.
