Responsible for all International B2B sales order processing and ensuring that stock is delivered on time and in full
Responsible for managing a 3pl warehouse migration project
Other daily tasks include order confirmation, booking outbound deliveries, scheduling collections, creating despatch notes, invoices, shipping documentation
Collaborating with the regulatory team to apply for any certification or import licences required as well as any product testing required to support this.
Reporting on order status and assisting the accounts department with credit control and pricing agreements
Resolving any delivery shortages or disputes and working with IT to continually improve systems and processes
Must be comfortable working with multiple departments across the business, freight forwarders and customers
Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProfile

You have proven experience with working within International sales order processing
Excellent Excel skills and ideally an understanding of Sage 200 or another ERP system
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage upwards
You drive to make things happen, using initiative and logic like a true 'self-starter'
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
You are a team player - we're a close-knit team!
You have outstanding planning and time management skills, high attention to detail and able to prioritize workload
You are enthusiastic and have a genuine love for pets.
