Are you a recent Electrical Engineering Graduate looking to join market leading renewable energy company at the forefront of this rapidly growing industry, who will give you the opportunity to progress within the company, whether into more senior roles or laterally into other departments?

With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continuing to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking to take on an additional R&D Engineer (full training given) to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the Truro office and work closely with the Design team working on brand new products from concept through to completion. You will be involved in product development meetings, CAD work to develop new designs, building test rigs and prototypes and seeing designs through to manufacture. Working closely with the R&D Manager and Senior members of the team you will receive lots of initial training to become accustomed with the companies products and on going training and support to progress your career in the future. As you develop in the role there will be opportunities to progress into more Senior positions or take a lateral step into other departments.

This is the perfect role for a recent Graduate looking to join a rapidly growing company in a role that will provide the opportunity to grow and progress.

The role:
*Work with the Design team
*Electrical layout and schematic design
*Lots of training from Senior members of the team

*Based in the heart of Cornwall
