Document Controller

Are you a Document Controller who has eB and rail experience?

A Tier 1 construction company is looking for a new Document Controller to work alongside other DC already, they are at a very important stage in the project and need another DC to cover the workload. They need a DC who is comfortable and confident in document control and can use eB with admin rights.

This role will be based from home and you won't be required to go onto the site. They will offer a day rate between £200 to £230 ltd. The duration of the role is 6 months min. Experience of asite EDMS systems is necessary (e.g.: Asite, 4Projects, Aconex, eB, BIW / Conject etc…)

Responsibilities:

Use eB - to upload / download documents / drawings
Managing a team
Updating and maintaining site files
It will also involve some WAD administration duties
Visit other sites
Quality checking documents and drawings
Liaising with different teams
Dealing with a multitude of different documents
Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
Assisting with Handover files
Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in eB

Excellent communication skills
Willing to do general admin and Ad Hoc duties
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
