Office Angels are working with a manufacturing firm in Sheffield with the recruit of an Administrator to join their busy team. Due to the nature of the role, this will be an office based roles with all social distancing and safety measures in place.
Planning / Logistics Administrator
Full time, Permanent
Flexi time & half day Fridays
£21,000pa, 33 days holiday, free parking
Immediate start available
Duties -
Supporting a busy department with all aspects of administration
Preparing and producing documents for despatch including export documents
Organising UK and worldwide transport
Provide admin support with certification of conformance documentation
Ensure databases and logs are up to date
Filing and scanning for the department
Other administration requirements that may be needed across the business
Previous experience -
Experience working within the manufacturing industry
Previous experience of planning and logistics knowledge
Experience with import and export administration and documents would be an advantage
Good IT skills
Full training on process, systems etc will be provided
