Design & Technology Teacher Needed for a Behavioural School in Welshpool.
Required immediately; A behavioural school in the Welshpool area seek an enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher for a full-time post. They are looking for a solid Design & Technology Teacher who will be able to commit for 5 days a week on a temporary basis. This role requires a Design & Technology Teacher who can teach engaging and dynamic lessons whilst building a strong rapport with the students. Ideally, candidates will work well with staff and will have the ability to inspire and motivate students. You must be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons and have excellent classroom management skills.
There is also the possibility of a permanent position for the right Design & Technology Teacher.
In return, the Design & Technology teacher will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a welcoming environment.
Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants need to have:
* QTS with a Design & Technology specialism (knowledge of Resistant Materials is a must)
* Experience teaching Design & Technology up to KS5 / Key Stage 5
* A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
* Excellent classroom management skills.
