Due to Growth, Adecco Kendal are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant based IN our Kendal Office, initially the role will be home based due to lockdown regulations

About the role
The role requires you to work closely with the branch manager and recruitment consultants to attract, resource and place the very best job seekers in the local market place:
Writing compelling job adverts.
Conducting competency based interviews with branch applicants.
Working with the consultants to market your candidates to local businesses.
About you
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will enjoy speaking to people both on the phone and face to face. And be able to build rapport with your candidates and clients. Most importantly, you will want to make a difference.
