Job Details
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to incoming callers regarding their account, service and needs. The role is a combination of telephone and administrative duties to include but is not limited to handling queries relating to the orders, deliveries and returns. You will be updating the in house IT system with quotes and advising on product availability, prices and any other related tasks or queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, previous call handling experience and/or administration role.
The working hours are part time and as follows:
Mon 9am – 1pm
Tues 9am – 1pm
Thurs 9am – 1pm
Fri 9am – 5.30pm
Flexibility is essential, the ideal candidate will be able to work additional hours should business needs require. Due to the location own transport is essential.
In return you will be paid £8.72 per hour.
