CNC Team Leader

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for 2 CNC Team Leaders to work in their state of the art facility in Bridgnorth.

For the successful CNC Team Leaders our client is offering:

i. Temporary to permanent position

ii. The position is based on Days, however you must be flexible to work Double Day shifts when required

The Role - CNC Team Leader:

i. Support management to achieve production targets

ii. Setting and operation of CNC machines for the prove out process of new products and for general production

iii. On line CNC Program creation when appropriate

iv. CNC cutting tool selection.

v. Assist with fixture design when appropriate

vi. Data control, backing up of programs and creation of tooling sheets.

vii. Plan and control the allocated machining activities to ensure maximum output.

viii. Ensure daily maintenance checks are completed on all machines used by team members

ix. Supervise team members and Provide leadership of a team within the machining facility

x. Complete return to work interviews following any absence periods

xi. Identify training needs for team members

What our client is looking for in a CNC Team Leader:

i. Experienced CNC Machinist ideally possessing Team Leader/Supervisory experience

ii. Experience of Mazak, Matsura and Haas Machining Centres is an advantage

iii. In depth knowledge of CNC Machining

iv. Flexible in regards to working hours to meet the needs of the business

v. Quality orientated

vi. Team player who is self motivated
