Description
This project administration role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
Inbox and email management, responding to queries from clients and internal colleagues
Maintaining project management documents including action logs, issues logs, risk registers and lessons learnt logs
Writing up notes and actions following meetings and calls
General administrative tasks (e.g. booking team meetings and setting up conference calls)
Creating deliverable calendars / deadline timetables
Ensuring timely filing and archiving of completed project documents and tasks
Building and maintaining client portals (full training will be provided)
Data entry - setting up of vendors on internal systemsProfile
The successful Project administrator will require the following:
Previous administration experience
Ability to plan and prioritise in order to meet deadlines
Great communication skills
Team player
Good Attention to detail
Great problem solver
Proficient in MS Office suite of programs
GCSE English at grade C or aboveJob Offer
This Project administrator role will offer the following:
£16,000 - £17,500 - Dependant on experience
25 days holiday
