Stores Person

PMP Recruitment are looking to recruit a Storeman for our client, a prestigious company based in Llantrisant. Successful applicant will work for PMP Recruitment during this time.

Duration: ongoing

Shift: 7am-3pm with flexibility to work other shifts when required

Pay rate: £8.94p/h initially, increasing to £10.14p/h following successful training completion

Duties will include;

Stock counting and performing internal audits when requested by management

Allocating materials and consumables to internal staff

Booking in new stock deliveries on the internal computer system

Checking equipment returned is fit for purpose and logging service dates

Ensuring the computer system is kept up to date and all data loaded is accurate

Counting and quality checking products received by external suppliers

To be considered as a Stores Person, you will need:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB accredited)
- Good IT skills
- A good level of numeracy
- An accurate approach and attention to detail
- The ability to plan, prioritise effectively, organise and manage tasks
- Good communication skills and a team player mentality
- A flexible approach to work
- The ability to operate on own initiative

Candidates must be able to clear a DBS check and be available ASAP for a start if successful.
