Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)

3 Shift Pattern. Monday to Friday
Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established, growing manufacturer who are well renowned within their industry. They supply to a range of industries and operate within a state-of-the-art facility. They offer a role working on a wide range of machinery where overtime opportunities are readily available to boost potential earnings.
The role would suit electrically biased multi-skilled maintenance engineers from any manufacturing background. Any exposure to the automotive industry and power presses will be highly advantageous however all electrically biased maintenance engineers will be considered. The facility is fully automated and 60% of the work will be electrical faults so you will need to have strong electrical fault-finding skills.
The role will involve a mixture of reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a wide range of production machinery, this includes but is not limited to power presses and transfer presses. During production hours, the work will be heavily breakdown focused and PPM will be carried out outside of production hours. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be working within a large, supportive team of maintenance engineers and technicians that is growing due to ongoing demand for their products.
This is a varied role with a successful manufacturer. You will benefit from working within a state-of-the-art environment, gain ongoing training and development to close skills gaps and get exposure to a wide range of production machinery.
The Role:
*Mechanical and Electrical maintenance within a fast-paced environment
*Predominantly reactive maintenance throughout production hours
*PPM will be carried out when production ceases
*3 Shift Pattern. Monday to Friday
The Person:
*Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - electrically biased
*Must have experience within a manufacturing environment
*Automotive background (Desirable)
*Power press experience (desirable)
*Electrical qualifications (Desirable)
