The client is looking for a HR Generalist to join the team in London on a 6-12 FTC basis initially. The team is dynamic, friendly and forward thinking, and as a HR generalist you will bring key attributes to help the day to day running of the HR function for this expanding Financial Services company.
Client Details
The client is an international player with offices across the globe, and has seen incredible growth in the last 12 months. The culture is innovative and inclusive, reflective of their culture and values. The client is looking for a switched on graduate, with specific HR skills that will help the HR team in London to drive its operations forward.
Description
The role is incredibly broad, and as a HR Generalist you will be getting involved with the employee life cycle, on-boarding and off-boarding employees as well as conducting exit interviews. You will also play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, taking the lead on junior recruitment and working closely with the talent team to coordinate the recruitment process. Payroll is also an aspect of this role, so previous experience with processing monthly payroll is desirable. You will get involved with up coming projects, such as audits and inclusion and diversity initiatives, as well as any ad hoc projects as and when they arise. A large part of this role requires the HR Generalist to produce monthly MI reports for the HR director to present to the board, so good knowledge of Excel and previous reporting experience is essential.
Profile
The successful candidate will be degree educated and will have worked a minimum of 1.5 years within Financial Services, in a HR capacity. The client is specifically looking for candidates who come from a Financial Services background due to one of the internal projects they are running. You must have good knowledge of Excel and have previously done reporting and payroll in your role. The candidate will be ambitious, driven and switched on, as well as being a team player able to operate in a fast paced environment.
Job Offer
The client is offering the opportunity to work for a growing business for 6-12 months on a remote basis initially. The client is offering a generous salary, as well as the opportunity to refine your HR skills in a collaborative and diverse workplace
