Social Work Assistant needed for Worcestershire County Council, £13 ltd an hour
Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months initially
Hours per week - 37 hours
Pay rate - £13 ltd an hour
Team - Adults Social Care
Location - Worcester
Description
*To work with adults, using a strength-based approach
*To work in partnership and engage other professionals to ensure there is a multi-agency approach
*To undertake reviews of individuals who are in receipt of Direct Payments and Domiciallary care.
What is required?
*Significant experience of working in a health or social care environment
*Significant experience in assessing needs and translating these into person centred outcomes
*Level 2 qualification in health and social care or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
*Level 2 qualification in maths and English or demonstrable experience
