Client System & Product Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client System & Product Integration Consultant to join us at our Head Offices in Leeds.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the integration of new clients to Hermes, the delivery of IT Client Management activities for specific clients and the introduction of Client related change into IT that all influence the set-up of their consumer experience.

You’ll ultimately be responsible for requirements gathering prior to integration and conducting regular service reviews with clients post integration and responsible for the aftercare elements.

What You’ll Do:

Act as the integration consultant on projects and programmes of work
Pre - engagement meetings with clients to ensure accurate requirements are captured prior to implementation, and therefore reduction in implementation issues
Management of the integration and ongoing service delivery for the larger Hermes clients
Carry out regular health checks/service reviews with clients post integration
Key liaison for Service Desk issues
Post implementation support for new clients
To be the ‘Face of IT’ to existing and prospective Hermes Clients acting as the IT liaison between the client and the business
To work with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful management of clients, products and prospects.
Provide accurate and timely information on the take-on of new clients and detailed progress reporting.
To work with IT Projects/Change and Development specifically in supporting the successful delivery of the IS change portfolio
To work with IT Services to ensure a successful day to day service delivery to clients
To work with the product and proposition team to ensure the required set up is achieved
Approach change in a positive and creative manner to maximise the quality of delivery to clients.
Develop , maintain and communicate strong governance processes to measure quality of data supplied to / from clients
Resolve client issues in a timely manner to the benefit of the Client and Hermes.
To report an analyse data and SLAs
To ensure all client communication is of a high quality, presenting Hermes as a quality service provider.
To ensure that regular client contact is in place and to report on the performance of clients in the IT space.Essential skills and experience required:

Significant experience within a previous client facing end to end IT Integration style role especially when dealing with third party systems and external clients.
Any experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar would be beneficial
A strong understanding of the development and product development lifecycle
An ability to think analytically, be solutions orientated and be able to convey complex technical solutions in layman’s terms. You’ll make the complex, simple!
