WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR AN EXPERIENCED 'SALES COMMISSIONS ANALYST' FOR ONE OF OUR LARGEST CLIENTS, THE ROLE IS HOME BASED AND IS INITIALLY A 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT COVERING MATERNITY BUT COULD POSSIBLY BE MADE PERMANENT IN THE FUTURE.
Sales Compensation Analyst
Summary:
The Sales Compensation/Commissions Analyst will administer payments and compensation process across the group.
A high degree of personal accountability and integrity is required for the role. There is a requirement to handle sensitive/confidential financial data. The successful candidate will be team orientated and contribute to wider projects within the Sales Operations function.
Job Description:
Calculate and process payments for c1000 sales professionals across the Region on a quarterly basis.
Provide compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organisations.
Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across the EMEA.
Liaise with HR, Finance, and Sales teams.
Calculation of quarterly sales commission accrual.
Deal with commission queries in accurately & within appropriate SLAs
Work with the team to help drive the adoption & evolution of the Xaclt.y Incent Commission tool.
Ad hoc and project duties as required. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years analytics/compensation experience
Ability to extract & manipulate large datasets quickly & accurately to strict deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Excel essential
Experience of Cognos and/or similar data warehouse important
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of common Sales Incentive concepts, practices and procedures is preferred
