Logistics Import/Export Agent

Manpower are currently aiding the recruitment process for leading logistics provider based in Birmingham who are looking for an Import/Export Agent who has a strong background within customs and international trade leading up to Brexit, to join their company which has been supporting its customers for over 85 years across the globe.

Typical daily duties will consist of;

8 Hour shift between the hours of (Apply online only) (40 Hours per week)
Work within a team of Customs Import, Export & Shipping specialists.
To be able to deliver consistent, yet exceptional service in creating customs entries for their customers.
Ensuring that every aspect is cleared, legal and fully compliant with HMRC
Support customers on all international import & export requirements, in particularly with the changes that are coming our way.For this a salary of between £25,000 & £28,000 is on offer with free parking available on site.

What they need from you?

Over 12 months experience in a Customs based role, Import, Export or Shipping.
Some knowledge or experience of working alongside HMRC/Borderforce or similar body
