Purestaff are recruiting for a Business Administrator based in Pershore. Immediate start available!!
Temp to Perm admin and secretarial position!!
The ideal Business Administrator would be able to complete all aspects of business admin work, customer sales orders are received and processed within agreed timescales and providing customer support and respond to general enquiries.
The ideal candidate would have an interest in mechanics and mechanical aspects of work.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Administrator:
Organising customer deliveries and liaising with transport companies.
Processing sales returns and issuing credit notes.
Credit Control.
General office admin duties such as visitor reception, filing and scanning.
Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
The ideal Business Administrator will have:
Accuracy - excellent attention to detail and basic mechanical details.
Be able to take ownership of their own workload.
Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
Have good time management skills.
Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Flexible and eager to learn.
Hours of work for this Business Administrator position would be;
0800 until 1700 Monday to Thursday
0800 until 1300 Friday
The pay for this position would be;
£12.33per hour
