£18,778 + uncapped commission, salary rising after passing probation

My client based in Leeds are looking to expand their Sales team with ambitious, money driven and professional sales people. This Telesales Advisor role develops into one where you will be nurturing and managing accounts along with new business calls.
If you have worked in a target driven sales role then this Telesales Advisor role is the perfect opportunity for you. There is loads of money to make with the top earner earning £52,000 and the average earnings are £500 per month
This Telesales Advisor role is working from home initially once you are back in the office you can benefit from Free parking onsite and great access to public transport along with working hours of Monday-Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 2.45pm.
Telesales Advisor Role:
* New business calls to customers within your geographical location
* Calling a mixture of self generated and passed leads
* Account management - relationship building and maximising profit out of those accounts
* Building long lasting relationships with clients through the sales process
* Ensuring customers are maximising their usage of the product after the sale is completed
* Developing solutions for customers
Telesales Advisor Executive Specification:
* Previous inbound/outbound telephone based sales experience
* Target drives and strives to earn commission
* Able to question effectively and influence
* Comfortable speaking to higher management within all types or businesses
* Previous fleet and transport sales, fuel card sales or telematics sales experience would be advantageous
