Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation, based in Coventry, with the appointment of a temporary HR Administrator for a 3 month assignment. The role could become permanent at a later stage.
Description
This role of HR Administrator will involve working alongside a HR Lead.
This is a varied and generalist role including but not limited to:
Provide support with all global HR administration task such as starters and leaver, maternity and paternity leave
Manage the HR inbox and deal with HR queries
Manage the HRIS (cascade) - updating staff records and payroll information
Ensure all right to works and pre-employment checks are conducted accurately
Administration around the annual pay review
Provide varied administration support with HR Business Partners when requiredProfile
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar role. Ideally you will be studying (or completed) HR qualifications with a desire to pursue a career in HR.
