We are recruiting for an Account Creation Coordinator for one of the UK's largest Utility companies based in the midlands.
We are looking for a Focused individual to join our Developer Services back, office team.
Account Creation Coordinator - Key accountabilities:
The role primarily requires demonstrating excellent customer service skills in responding to enquiries.
The role requires the holder to manage Inbound and Outbound communications, with external customers, internal customers and contractors.
Updating multiple IT systems including SAP, CRM, Click & Target with accurate information.
Account Creation Coordinator - Experience/Skills:
Must have Customer Service and Admin/Coordinator experience
Experienced in using Multiple IT systems Including Target & SAP is desirable
Effective communication and listening skills required to deliver a high quality, professional and efficient service
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, motivating self and others
IT system knowledge and data input capabilities
Account Creation Coordinator - Additional Information:-
Location: Derby
Pay rate: £10.31 - £10.31 p/h
This is a temporary ongoing role to start as soon as possible until 2 April 2021
