Client Support Administrator - Financial Services
Based in Central Edinburgh - home working initially
Full Time Permanent role - Salary up to £26,000 + benefits & bonus
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Financial Services sector based in Central Edinburgh to recruit Client Support Administrators. The main purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support & client service to an allocated client base.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Carrying out data entry onto the company's client management system
* Providing client data when required
* Carrying out compliance administration for new clients including completion of regulatory paperwork
* Ensure client records are kept up to date
* Scanning & uploading of client documents & correspondence
* Preparing & reviewing new client documentation, calculations & valuations
* Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with queries by telephone & email
* Obtaining financial quotations
* Management of client diaries including meetings & communications
* Completion of online applications & forms
* Liaising with product providers & advisors
* Various other ad hoc administration duties
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Recent relevant experience within Financial Services or Investments working in a similar role carrying out the above duties - this experience is essential
* Candidates who have experience in providing support in the IFA space would be at a distinct advantage
* Knowledge of & experience of working with Financial Services products
* Excellent administration & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy workload effectively
* Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
